No. The the US will not be at war with Iran anytime in the future. A war in Iran will be fought by it's own people. The middle east is it's own enemy and the solution is to re-educate or tailor the citizens to a religion that is acceptable to all. The wars that will be fought in that part of the world will be generated over religious differences as they have been for thousands of years.

If a grown up slaps a child, is that a fight?
If the US president, whoever he will be, decides to move against Iran, I would hardly call that a war, just like the above wouldn't be a fight.
Also not to forget, how protracted the action in Iraq is. Iran has about 3 times the population.

What's your hurry? There's tons of countries we haven't invaded yet - N. Korea, Cuba, Syria, Canada - we'll get to all of them in good time.
Personally I think we should start with Cuba because based on our experience in Iraq, we could probably control Cuba in just a few years. Then we should go after Canada and Mexico, just so our soldiers won't have to travel so far.
But I don't think we should worry about the middle east until we've at least taken over all of North America - after all you have to walk before you can run...
