It took you a long time to get to where you are now, and it will take a long time to get back to wher eyou want to be.

First and foremost, you don't have to DIET. You only need to eat sensibly. This means no seconds, no huge platefuls of food. Cut back, not out. LESS of carbs and more veggies.

Then start your workout. I recommend a fast walk. Use a car and map out a good mile walk in your neighborhood. Start easy. Walk as quickly as you can without straining. A mile should take between 20-30 mins. but it's ok if it takes you longer at first.

Walk ever day at the same time. Either after a meal or between. Never BEFore a meal (you'll end up eating more and losing less). As you get better at the walk, look for ways to work your arms, like carrying hand weights and moving your arms at the elbow with them. In no time you'll find the weight leaving you....and the confidence gaining.

No Bulls*it diet pills or diet plans. Eat 3 healthy meals a day. Use fruits and vegetables as fillers when you get hungry on the side. Drink lots of water (at least 6- 8oz. glasses a day) Don't eat at night past around 7:30pm. And most importantly exercise 3-5 days a week for a minimum of 45 minutes a session. Start off easy and just walk and built yourself up.

My reccomendation is to eat healthy and start out walking then start running. The key is to be patient and keep on keeping on. good luck
