What is the best way to break up with someone you love. Because there is no chemistry anymore. I just want to move on, fly solo for awhile.....

well, be kind, and truthful .
the truth is you do not have strong enough feelings inside you for her. Thank her for the good times, and say, you just are not "emotionally available", and it would not be fair to her or you to continue the relationship you have,
Tell her she is wonderful, and has qualities that are sterling, however, you have known that something is missing, and you realize you have a stronger desire just to be totally single, and pursue many avenues that interest you.
