cleanest water and no litter on the beach? i just chose this section because there weren't any on beaches.

Florida beaches are the cleanest, Californian beaches are the dirtiest. (I live in Florida, YAY!)

Racine Wisconsin has one of the 40 cleanest beaches in the USA. I wish Milwaukee was as clean.

Just saw on the news the other day that Maryland and Delaware have great beaches!

in florida the beach is in kissimiee florida or somewhere 10 minutes there! i been there and wen u step foot in the ocean u can see ur feet right through the water!

Many Great Lakes beaches are nice...West Michigan beaches in particular...clear Lake Michigan (fresh) water, nice sandy beaches.
