Mordent - call me gullible, but I see 600 cell phones, airplane passenger lists and information on airport security procedures in the hands of people with no need for that information as 'evidence'. You can argue whether it is or isn't 'proof', but I think 'evidence' is clear.

circumstancial evidence can sway a jury. But with good grades and no records or and direct ties to the link terrorists they will walk.
the key is the link to terrorists. that's the case right there to me if they are kids or terrorists themselves.

An autocratic government hell bent to pin anything on Muslims. I mean who needs old fashioned things like evidence, this is the 21st century! We didn't need evidence of weapons of mass destruction to go and invade a country and kill more than 20 thousand people and make it dissolve into civil war! Hearsay should be enough under such circumstances!! How about Americans wake up and realise the "land of the free" has never been under more opression.
