YES. You can sue anyone for anything. But you won't win and you may end up paying their legal fees for a frivolous lawsuit. It's not even like you were hurt in any way. Plus, it is implied and maybe even written in fine print that unless they negligently put out moldy cheese, because you slighly disliked it, it's too bad.

Not really, unless you are a complete moron. 1. You ate it of your own free will 2. It is a wine and cheese party. You had to know something about the food served right? 3. are you really asking such a dumb question?

Of course you can sue. I could sue you for asking such a ridiculous question, but the issue is whether or not you could find a lawyer or wint he case.

Unless the cheese was 'bad' and gave you food poisoning, then you won't have much of a case.

You *can* sue anyone for anything in this country, it's the American way. But it wouldn't be morally right unless there was some kind of negligence. You ate the cheese of your own volition.

Just because you don't like Brie doesn't mean you can sue, plus "almost"? what do you class as almost? Walking to the toilet and then thinking "oh no im fine" head just in the bowl? what? absolutely rediculous.

Well, you can sue for anything. However, you risk a counter suit for entering a frivolus law suit. Its not their fault you have an intoloerance to something.

You ate the wrong cheese, you should have eaten the one that had cyanide in it. It was put there just for you.
