Could it be that food stamps are there for the use of providing food for you and not as an easy way to throw a cheap party?
How would you work for your benefits if you can't jump on that truck when it comes rolling by? Then how are you going to work?
Think about it, you need all your wits about you to chase after the truck and get on it so you can go to work the next morning.
