It's more stable and more accessible than with '95 and '98. And let's not forget about that catastrophy called Windows ME. What a piece of crap that was. They were just trying to get a piece of software on the market by 2000, regardless of if it was complete and stable or not.

Although, I really do miss the days of Windows 3.x where MS-DOS was a major part of computing. Things were so much easier then to fix the problems if you knew what you were doing, as there was more control in your hands.

XP may have some flows
but this don't mean that it's a bad product
can u remember win 98 or even 95!!!!!

Yes, I agree with you. I'm really a mac guy, but I sometimes have to use Windows. I find the interface intensely annoying. There's always some stupid little doodad popping up and getting in your way. And then the whole system crashes after a few hours of use. Ugh.

XP is ok as far as it goes. Its a pain to administer and troubleshoot though...
