1/2-1 cup Yogurt (Vanilla flavor is good),
handful of fresh or frozen berries
one banana
some orange or pineapple juice
(some people add honey, but I don't)

Açai is a Brazilian fruit that is full of anti-oxidants and makes great smoothies. You can find frozen açai in the frozen fruit section of your grocery store: Sambazon makes two great flavors and includes different recipes on the back

fruit, some ice, milk, and more fruit! you don't want too much ice, b/c then you'll get a smoothie full of ice bits, if you have a weak blender, it'll ruin the texture

Take various kinds of fruit (banana, strawberry, and mango are easy and good), add ice and a bit of liquid (some people use yogurt or milk - I like OJ or apple juice) and blend.
