First, you need to focus on high intensity cardio workout for 20/30 minutes. Running proves to be on the top. Keep it natural. The use of machine help and not as much as being natural. Go in the park or wherever and run.
Cycling? Use a real bike.
Rope skipping is good too.
Remember, intensity is the key.
Over and Out.

Hm.
Anything slow.
Swimming burns teh lot of calories.
Tip: Don't run. Running only uses energy and burns just as much as walking. (Same with anything else fast vs. slow)
Just walk for 10 minutes three times a day.
And eat your big meal(dinner meal) at breakfast.

You need to burn calories? At 12:00 a.m. watch The Fitness Show on channels 293-295 ( verizon ) 72-75( cable ) They help you a lot. They go on at 11:00-11:30 at night. These help you a lot. My mommy used it, she lost pounds. Good luck!!
