I ask this question because latley i've only been eating like twice a day and then at night time a snack. And I remember when I used to do Gymnasticks. I kept a regular diet. you now eating a full breakfast, lunch , snack time and diner and kept sa constant weight. I just want because i've been gaining weight. And I want to know if it;'s possible if that could be the reason why.

I'm not anorexic....HAHAHHA nor bulimic. That's an unheathly lifestyle and thats def not me!!!
I mean I have such a busy scheldule I go to school and work. go to the gym about 3 times a week.
And at times i get so preoccupied with my regular routined scheldule and everything and I just sometimes forget to eat, or i think about eating and hold it off for hours, other times I just don;t think of food.
But i've gained some weight. I suppose it's from stress.But it's not bothering me that much. Because my weight always goes up and down.
. And at night time when i get home. I snack a lot.

OK I DONT THINK ANYONE IS ACTUALLY READING THIS SO I'M GOING TO MAKE THE LETTERS BIGGER!!!
I AM NOT TRYING TO LOOSE ANY WEIGHT.DAMN!!!INEVER SAID I WAS TRYING TO LOOSE WEIGHT OR ANOREXIC.
SOMEONE ONCE TOLD ME THAT BEFORE. IT DIDNT MAKE MUCH SENSE TO ME. BUT IT HAD ME THINKING...IF I JUST EAT LUNCH AND DINER &NOT BREAKFAST OR NO LUNCH JUST DINER WILL MY BODY FEED OF FROM MY BODY FAT & REPLACE THAT MEAL THAT I DIDN'T EAT.

No, who told you this ridiculous thing? The last thing the body uses is fat. You skip meals the body stores fat for later use of energy. The body will first use what is available. Muscles, fluids.
If you want to lose fat (just in case) do eat more often in small quantity. Then the body use the fat.

Not neccesarily. The best way to burn body fat is to eat less than you normally do, and to spread your calories out in smaller, more frequent meals. This keeps your metabolism going and calories are used more efficiently. If you go too long without food, your body thinks it's starving, and it will actually store more food as fat.

Not exactly. It burns some fat, protein etc., and may go into starvation mode where it cuts down the basal metabolism rate.
The fewer the meals you eat more than zero per day, the more likely you are to gain weight.

Im not sure on that. People say it doesnt, others say it does. Im here in Iraq an I havent eaten in the past 2 days, and b4 that I didnt eat alot 4 about 8 days. I lost weight an it showed. I also work out an do other stuff so I think it depends. But wat do I know, Im just saying my so-call answer that may/may not help u out. Thanx 4 the 2 points...BOO-YA!!!

1 meal isn't going to do it, but a few weeks it will eat off your muscle energies stored then fat then you get into brittle bone areas, every nutrient in your body will be used up before fat is then used and by that time you will be unconscious anyway.

Yes, BUT when you eat the next meal your body will make it all into fat, because it went into starvation mode from skipping that one meal. Don't do it! You will gain weight, not lose it!

it is true, but if you dont eat your body will store all your fat because you dont eat and your body thinks there is no more!!! rather at 6 small meals a day than 3 big ones.

It takes skipping more than one meal to have your body eat it's fat, if ur thinking about loosing weight by not eating, u'll just hurt ur body more.

Yes, but if you skip too many then your body goes into starvation mode and starts to store EVERYTHING you eat as fat.
