someone told me that it is normal for pure strait men to engage in a male to male sexual incounter young in life. In my opinion then they are not totally strait . I would say they are BI or gay. What need would that person have to be with something he finds totally disgusting. Why would they take a risk of people finding out especially when your a teen. I dont know anyone that is strait to have had this experiance and they agree with me. Yet this other person insists it is very normal!

It depends on the boy, of course, but some little boys experiment with everything at a certain age, just out of curiosity. Some boys are totally gross and disgusting creatures and get into insects and rodents and random stuff they find in the wild. I think it's normal for them. I don't imagine they think of it as sex as much as just something they've never done before. They're probably the same types of people who become daredevils or play Fear Factor and such later in life because they just have to try everything they haven't done before.

Yeah, it's kind of normal, especially with guys who have lots of friends. It just happens, they "fall into it" and it doesn't happen more than 2-3 times and doesn't interfere with the friendship. Why should it, it wasn't a "relationship" it was just sexual, and most likely DRIVEN BY HORMONAL URGES when hormones where at their highest levels. As they got older, their availablity to girls and the girls "acceptance" of them got easier and thus there was/is no more reason to "fool around with the guys." However, some guys never stop, they aren't gay, and don't identify as bi, they just like having the "option" of availability of "easy or constant sex."

That fact that YOU are grossed out doesn't mean your attitude is shared by everyone else. There are as many types of sexuality as there are people on the planet!

Actually there are studies that suggest that even those that find it "sickening" have at one time or another explored the idea or concept in their own minds. I believe it to some extent, as you said "Why would they take the risk of people finding out"? Why would that risk be a possibility if it wasn't a thought? Rather one explores it or not, I believe that the curiousity lies therein. I believe that the biggest reason that the curiousity is never explored in most men is because of the fear of someone finding out.

It is probably only normal for those who say it is normal. All that matters is what you are comfortable with. "Normal" is a very open term. If some one did not experiment that is normal, and if someone did, that is also normal. Personally, I never experimented, nor was ever inclined to. I do not know if I am in the majority or not, but I felt pretty normal.

No, it isn't normal. A totally straight guy may be curious and wonder about such things but 99% of them will never have an experience with another guy. I think a guy who experiments with other guys is either gay or bi. Nothing wrong with that but they are not straight.

It's completely normal. Those people who are denying it are lying. And, no, it certainly does not mean you grow up to be gay. It's called experimentation, like playing doctor. You shoudl try to keep an open mind.

I wouldn't say it's normal, or average - some people do it (me definately not being one of them) and then lead normal, healthy heterosexual lives (marriage + kids), some don't. If you feel like doing it, do it, if you don't feel like doing it, don't.

I believe people should be able to express themselves sexually however they feel fit. Even though I might personally find it completely disgusting.

No it's not normal for Straight men to experiment, if he does, then he is bi, or gay. I suspect the guy that told you this, is gay or bi himself, and trying to get into your pants. Watch him carefully.
