What is the best snack food to munch on that dosen't have a lot of calories? Please don't say those100 calorie snack packs because I could eat the entire box, and that's a full hour of workout! Any thing with chocolate will do!!! Also any good drinks that will help you get a buzz, but can't taste the alochol?

get an air popper and make your own popcorn. You can buy the popcorn salt and munch on that stuff until you are stuffed and the only outcome will be a much easier time going number two. Popcorn is great fiber. But not the microwave type. It has too much calories and fat, even the light type does.

As for drinks. I like to buy the light Ocean Spray Cranberry juice cocktail and mix in a bit of lemon juice and one shot of Absolute Vodka.
This is yummy and not to bad on calories. It will definitely get you a buzz too.

Buy some salsa that's fat-free and add some alcohol to it. Use as a dip for celery sticks, carrot sticks, cucumbers, grilled broccolli, etc.

Chocolate snack? Buy a ton of shelled peanuts, almonds, cashews (non-salted), raisins, and add a package of chocolate chips or m&m's.

Try snacking on the cereal Go Lean Crunch. This one has a lot of fiber so it fills you up and it tastes great -- with or without milk -- and it's good for you too!

sweet and salty pop corn is great and as far as drinks try this it is my own recipe but they are great you take 1 cup of ice with 1 cup of vodka crush togather in blender add 2 scoops of sherbert add i banana sliced 5 strawberrys 2 slices of pineapple blend for about 3 mins add i cup of mi ti mix and blend pour into cup top with cool whip mmmmmmmmm they are great

well ....for me...its carrots and celery sticks with diet blue cheese and lots of cold water with lots of ice...
