The best exercise for fat burning, expecially for those last few stubborn fractions-of-an-inch, are "anaerobic" ones, where you get your heart rate up above the "cardio range". Things like wind sprints, 'Spinning' (pedaling at top speed on a stationary bike), jumping rope rapidly, etc.

well in order to lose the fat, you need to do some type of cardio workout that will burn the calories/fat. as for toning exercises... do crunches to the side (by laying on your side) to work your oblique muscles. to intensify this move, try elevating your feet somehow (put a couple of phonebooks under your feet). you can also position yourself in a regular crunch position, but rotate by touching your right elbow to your left knee and vice versa.

Drink green tea, nothing added.

Stay away from sugar. No soda.

Buy a pack of green tea, and brew a bottle. Don't drink anything sweet other than green tea.

You'll see the fat come off soon.
