best thing is you transfer those videos to cds (dvd or vcd format) or vhs tapes.

but if you don't have the basic hardware like a computer at hand, next best thing is to have it transferred by a professional (they charge as low as $10).

last resort is to buy a multisystem tube. This tv can convert any type of signal (Pal, ntsc, secam) from any country and any device, so you can watch without the need of signal converter.

pick your choice and enjoy.

happy viewing!

Just record it over and see what happens. Chances are it will all work out. If not, swing by RadioShack and ask if they have any converter for it. Or you could record to PC and then burn to DVD, computers are more forgiving of different framerates.
(PAL=25 frames per second, NTSC= 30 frames per second)

There is a PAL/SECAM to NTSC convertor available. At one time they were very expensive but home models are pretty cheap now... less than $300, anyway.

Do a google search for PAL/SECAM convertors...

It does not matter two hoots what colour system recorded the film , if you have a colour film treat it the same as any video tape
