Two things, I am always being told (even by the doctor) that I am low on iron if I am tired all of the time. Also, the quality and length of my sleep effect me. If you are sleeping more then 8 hours at a time, that can make you feel more sleepy. In addition, if you are waking every two hours you aren't really getting rest. Talking to your doctor is the best bet. Maybe you need to be put on sleeping pills for a little while, I wouldn't assume that it was cancer :)

It is possible that you have a intolerance to some type of food. Gluton found in whteat products is very common as is an intolerance to dairy. Watch what you eat for a week or so and see if you can see any pattern forming.
However, do the wise thing and consult a doctor

I'm always tired to so i went to the doctor and found out that my hemogloben in my blood was very low. She also told me that even though i take vitamins my blood was having a hard time absorbing the iron so i am very anemic. Stress and depression can also make you tired and unenergetic. I suggest going to your doctor and asking for a blood test.

First of all DON'T PANIC ,I know the C word scares the heck out of any human being, but by the sounds of your symptoms it could be anemia to depression. Depression does cause actual physical symptoms that can mimic many disorders, but only you Doctor can find out the cause, but sweetie, I honestly don't believe you have Cancer.

You need to see a doctor. It could be a bleeding ulcer or a hernia that is causing the indigestion and making you sleepy. Only a doctor and the tests available can tell you what it is.

first, are you pregnant? That can cause you to be tired? Second, I have hear of that Cancer can cause you to be very fatigue, but I have not heard that being associated with cancer...go to the doctor...it might not be as serious as you thing...but go before it is too late...there is still hope for whatever it might be...it could be as simple as acid reflux

Diet. Food intolerance. Go and see a doctor.

Now don't you think it's a bit insensitive to be posting your hypochondriac questions in the actual cancer category?

Tiredness stems from failed purposes, i.e. when you're not succeeding in life or in your goals! Then this "failure" attacks our organs, as stomach, intestines etc.
Remedy: try to set easy targets to achieve in your daily life, and bit by bit there will be some improvement! Otherwise call for a Dianeticist!
