This world is all about perception. He may know that it's nothing, but someone across the room doesn't. He doesn't like people seeing his gf grinding on some other guy! It makes him look bad!!

when men are like that ..that means that they are insecure and have you done anything for him to not trust you or has anyone from his past done that....the best advice is show him that he can trust you...and when a guy asks you to dance ask your b/f if its ok with him...even sit him down and say you know, i want us to be happy, i just would like to know why it bothers you when i dance w/ someone else ( in a calm talking tone) if he gets mad tell him that you are sorry for upsetting him, you just love him so much that you dont want him to be upset and that you want him to trust you...is there certain dances you would rather me sit on the side lines....dig deep, it may be hard at first, but tell him you want to share everything with him and you want to learn more about him and how he feels because you dont like him getting upset...you love to see him happy...that usually works...tell him you want to compromise on this matter...good luck

the Green eyed monster is a bioch odiously he has some security issues that need to be addressed and if the two of you cant reach a common ground maybe he isn't the guy for you and its time to think about cutting him loose and moving on

He's too controlling...I've always danced w/ guy friends, even after getting married. My husband could care less!

It is true, it is a guy thing. Personally, why do you have to dance with other guys? You should only dance w/ him. I am sure he is not too controlling, but there are things a girl shouldn't do w/ other guys.

Do you care if he dances with your friends that are girls or his friends that are girls?

Well, if you know it makes him upset then why do you do it? If you feel he is too controlling and what to show him he can't control you, your relationship is destined for failure or tragedy. It kind of sounds like you both need to grow up a little bit.

well maybe he really loves you and doesn't want any body to dance with him accept for you. Or maybe his friends are jerks and say stupid stuff. there is alot of answer so you both need to really talk and not say why do you care who i dance with.

listen to someone who has been there.. he sounds like he is very possessive and controlling not to mention jealous.. and i asure u it'll only get worse.. been there done that..if u dont have trust in a relationship then u dont have anything and ..he doesnt trust u.. also when they dont trust u for no reason it's usually cuz they cant trust themselves..

it's a guy thing....you take it one way but he takes it another...maybe he is afraid that his friends will take it the wrong way and try to make a move on you.....i know that i would not want my man dancing with other girls though

that brings back memories, why do we always say he's just being protective? he's not, he'll get more and more possessive/aggressive especially if you're really young. be careful and dump him if he gets worse
