Nope!! One must believe that he is the Christ before He Comes in order to be saved; God ordained that before the beginning of the world.
Titus 1:2 - In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began;.....
It is also mentioned in Matthew about how when the lord comes he will receive all of the nations of the world and divide from within them his sheep (Believers in him - his people, as he is referred to as the Great Shepherd by many), separating them from the Goats (non-believers) and he will take those that Chose him (referred to as = the righteous) into heaven and the non-belivers referred to as "These" will receive everlasting punishment. SEE BELOW:
Matthew 25:31-46
31 When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory: 32 And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats: 33 And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left. 34 Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world: 35 For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in: 36 Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me. 37 Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink? 38 When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee? 39 Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee? 40 And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me. 41 Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels: 42 For I was an hungred, and ye gave me no meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me no drink: 43 I was a stranger, and ye took me not in: naked, and ye clothed me not: sick, and in prison, and ye visited me not. 44 Then shall they also answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, or athirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister unto thee? 45 Then shall he answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to me. 46 And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.

As I read John's revelation The second comming is not fulfilled until Christ Judges all so the answer is no.
If you question is in error the same passages do identify two risings of the dead. First the believers who will not face judgement and then 1000 years later the rising of the non-beliervers who will be judged on what they have done. (Rev. 20:1-15)
John's revelation also indicates that there is a period of rule by Christ and the risen believers. This would imply that those who were not dead at the end of the seven angels puring plagues on the earth (Rev. 16 & 17), who are described in Rev. 18 & 19, would have opportunity to become believers and recieve eternal life after earthly death.

As an Amillenialist, I believe the next time Jesus is coming, He's coming with a big stick. However, Historical Premillenialism and Dispensational Pre-mil disagree. I never have been very clear on post-mil, other than some major tele-evengalists that are post-mil. Ultimately, Eschatology doesn't matter. Churches have split over this kind of thing. I (like you) find it interesting, but treat it like a cross-word puzzle. I never spend much time on it, because it's little more than a time-killer. wikipedia has some good info for you

The other chance will be no less than one thousand years:
"The intimation of His Revelation to Bahá'u'lláh in the
Siyah-Chal of Tihran, in October 1852, marks the birth of
His Prophetic Mission and hence the commencement of the
one thousand years or more that must elapse before the
appearance of the next Manifestation of God."

There is no other day then today for salvation. when Jesus returns all else will be destroyed we will be divided those who know him and those who don't. those who don't will be cast into the fiery pit. if there was a second chance after the Second Coming no one would be cast into the pit because they would all choose life with God instead of eternal death.

The resurrection occurs before the second coming.
Speaking of Christ after he returns, Rev 19:15 says that "out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God."
If this sounds like something you would prefer, go for it.

There are no second chances in Christianity after a person dies. Your question is unclear-maybe if you could rephrase, I could answer you. If a person dies who has rejected Christ-he will not get another chance. If a person dies not ever hearing of Christ, then God deals differently with them (no one knows how), but again no second chance.

*After Christ returns there will be judgement. The second time around, and He even tells us in New Testament scripture, He will not come to bring salvation but to bring judgement.
Get right now in this life while you can.
