Top. Have you ever heard of someone trying to sell a muffin bottom? I have seen Muffin Tops, and not just on Seinfeld.

The bottom. All of the goodness that you put into your muffin will seep down to the bottom. mmm mmm good!
I like to butter my muffin. Start with a warm blueburry, dig a little hole in it, and the wonderful gift of gravity takes place.

Oh definitely the top.
Raisin Bran or carrot bran my favorites. The top always has a nice crust to it. The bottom is too soft. I like things nice and firm.....always!! wink
