water as it as a number off good reasons to drink it especially in the summer. our body's are made up of 70% of water,so while we are having this heatwave its important to drink at least 8 pints of water to re hydrate our body's, also it has lots of heath benefits to, as if you drink lots of water it slows down the ageing process, making us less likely to get wrinkles. also you are re-hydrating your body which we loose a hell of lot of water while we sweating loads in this sort of heat.

the reason why we should not drink coca-cola or Pepsi in this heat is that it don't actually rehydrate you at all and makes you more thirsty cos we are not hydrating ourselves at all and are causing are body's to remain dehydrated, that's why when we drink these drinks you will find that in less than a hour you will want a drink

Water, its the basis for all drinks, without water there would be no coca-cola or pepsi.

Water is versatile and is used in everything from soda to beer, it can also be used hot such as in tea or coffee, ever tried drinking a hot pepsi?

Always Coca-Cola over Pepsi but water if I'm thirsty - God created the best thirst-quencher!

Water. Why? Because I don't take caffeine, and trying to get caffeine-free Coke and Pepsi outwith the supermarket doesn't happen! Also, I'd rather not pay the over-inflated prices that these brand names charge - Tesco do their own version of caffeine-free coke, and it's 39p for two litres, as opposed to over £1.50 for two litres of Coke or Pepsi. I'm not completely frugal, but that's just silly, especially as the taste isn't much different!

I would rather have Dr. Pepper over Coke or Pepsi, but if I had to choose out of the 3 given, water. I love Aquafina, all the other waters aren't as good to me. Water is healthy and it just tastes so good. It is pretty much my Dr. Pepper alternative.

Water is boring but I would prefer to drink that. I very rarely drink carbonated drinks but I would drink Pepsi rather than Coke Cola as Coke makes me sick!
