Fantasies are what make life so much more fun and allow us to think about things that might never really happen, but if it did it would be great. I admit making love is great, there is a real person with you to make love with, but fantasies add more spice and make things different than the routine. I love my bf and we make love everday, but there are days that even after making love I just wanna fantasize about some hot guy on a beach seducing me and making me feel amazing ...saying sweet things to me ...and doing things to me my bf wouldn't normally do like kiss me on my neck or back...and stuff... This type of fantasy not only allows for good solo time, but also allows people to feel good and maybe even get the courage to ask out partners to do things to us that we only dream about.
Also, fantasies help make you feel better because you are boosting your own self esteem up and therefore when you are with your lover you don't feel so nervous and what not...god knows, in my fantasies I am a goddess, but in front of my sweety I am pretty shy, but sometimes when my fantasies have me all excited, and I see my guy, I feel like a Goddess and do things I normally wouldn't cuz I am shy...so its not a bad thing for men or women to fantasize by looking at sexy women or men.
Just keep in mind it is not meant to be used as a putdown, by this I mean a man or woman looking at sexy material should not go to their partner and say only if you looked like this, would I truly love to make love to you... that is not what the material is intended ...the material is intend to make men and women feel good, and allow them to explore fantasies, and hopefully make them into a reality with a loving partner not the sex object in the magazine.

Would you rather if he went out there and have sex with other women or look at the mags?Once you are comfortable with him looking at it, go to the store and purchase one for him. Both of you can sit down and flip through the magazine together. By doing this he knows that your his girl for life. If you start controlling his sex life he's going to cheat or just plain old walk away from you because your controlling. You don't want that to happen. Your a smart person.

Can't speak for Maxim, but Playboy has some really good stuff in it...if you look past all the naked girls, lol. My hubby gets it and I'm usually reading it before he does...and I really do read it for the articles! lol He doesn't masturbate to it, though. He saves them and sales them later when/if their value goes up.

Because sometimes they just want a quick fix, and often women get upset at "quickies". A guy can take a magazine and "do his business" quickly, just for that 'release'...making love is a different issue...one has nothing to do with the other...
