I really like dis guy, but he lives 2000 miles away. I met him when i went 2 visit my best friend. We have spoken on the phone, but Now the thing is, i dont know if he likes me, or just hopes on "hooking up" with me the next time i go visit, How do i ask him if hes serious about "us"?

2000 miles is just to far to keep a relationship going. And you haven't even that yet.
I would have to say, your chances are almost nil, hon, they just don't work out.
It's not as if you could jump in your car and visit him in an hour or so.
If I were you, I'd find someone closer, and one that you can date on a regular basis.
