rights in AZ. not that we don't want the dad to be in their lives but he keeps saying he will take the kids and not tell us where they are. please help .serious advice only

Besides the fact that he is rude. Is there any reason he shouldn't have the kids? Every case is different. A lawyer is best to advise you. I would suggest family mediation to resolve any problems

well did he adopt the kid that's no biologically his? if not then he can be charged with kidnapping. I would get a lawyer. Good luck.

why dont she call the police and tell them that she is being threatened. They can issue a protective order for herself and her children

first of all ..... get a local lawyer asap !! they are the ones who know the laws in your area and you will need a good one , or at least one that cares.......
