DO YOU EXIST???? Are there any on Yahoo answers or does anyone personally know such a person, or is there some unspoken rule regarding atheism- if you’re an atheist you believe in the theory of evolution??

No one has to believe in the theory of evolution, since it is supported by the evidence.

Since everyone is born an atheist, all babies are atheists that don't believe in evolution. While I assume most adult atheists believe in evolution, there are probably some that don't. No, there is no unspoken rule, being an atheist doesn't mean you believe in evolution.

No, I don't "believe" in the theory of evolution. I think it's the most probable theory, one can never truly know unless you see it in action. They have seen it on a small scale, so logic would dictate that if it can happen on a small scale then it can probably happen on a larger one. If we continue to keep a record of everything, then at some point in the future it will be proven or disproven.

The theory of evolution makes perfect scientific sense where as the way the bible explains how we all came about it sounds more like some fairy tale!

Not that I know of.
It would be hard to be an atheist, who by definition rejects the childish and inane notion of a god or gods, and not embrace the truth of Evolution.
So no, I don't believe there are any.

It follows rationally that if someone refuses to accept the fantastic "god created the universe" mantra, they would have to assume that evolution makes more sense than creationism as well.

I know some atheists that don't believe in the Big Bang or Evelution. They are both THEORIES and have not been proven.
