I am proud of you,Sammydea, my child.Your mother must indeed have acquired great merit in the past life for her to get a daughter like you. If I had one like you I would have foregone the claims of all the followers even if one of them were to be an incarnaion of god for delivering the world from some demon or the other. To be pregnant at 59 your mother must be quite healthy and I do not see any problem about delivery. And remember that you are not going to be a mere elder sister to the newcomer. You would almost the mother as your mother may not be strong enough to hower over it.I have come across many such cases and even if rare such cases are not exceptional. So no worry. Take good care of the mother-to-be and the baby-to-be. I am sure your mother must have gone into this through indiscretion or ,which is more likely ,she could not help it.Otherwise ,as I said, with a daughter like you no mother, including yours, would want any more blessing from god. All the more reason to take good care of her. So help you god. I will always pray for thee, my child.

She hasn't gone through menopause yet?! I find that hard to believe. Some women around that age take hormones or have fertlity treatments to get pregnant that late in life. Are you sure she hasn't done this, if she really if pregnant? Did you see the test results yourself? Maybe she is looking for attention. Anyway, no it is not safe for the baby. Women who get pregnant over 40 have much more of a chance for having children with Down Syndrome. There might be other medical hazards for the baby, too. Your mother's health should be okay as long as she doesn't have any previous medical problems that pregnancy can aggravate. Your mother should see a doctor and get a full physical immediately, and also find out the dangers of having a baby that late in life.

I think she should keep it and hope for the best. If God wanted her to have a baby it will probly be for the better. People are all going to die some day you might as well enjoy life instead of worry about the future. Hope it works out.

Your Mom has more problems then possibly being pregnant. Having unprotected sex with multiple partners is not very smart.
59 years old is pretty old to still be ovulating.

Be there to support her in any decision she makes, as she is old enough to make her own choices. She will make the right choice what she needs now is support not pressure.
