I only run 45 minutes everyday and then don't do any crunches etc...What do you guys reccomend me,so I can actually look foward to exercising. Thank-You so much. ;)

the beauty of running is that it really can work your whole body. it definetly covers your cardio. unless you really want to work extra hard on another area (such as your arms or abs) running should keep you in shape.

I'm not really sure what you're asking here, but I'll try and guess! Sure you can run 45 minutes every day, and be sure to take a day off during the week, as your body needs a day to rest and recover.
You don't have to do any other exercises if you don't want to tone anything else up. It's up to you. The running will tone your legs, buns pretty good, and depending on your diet, will get you leaner as you're burning fat.
I actually would recommend weight training your upper body some, as sometimes runners can get that "skinny" look on top, from running and not weight training. All the fat gets burned off and they look and are too skinny, but hey it's all a matter of what you want.

Running for 45 mins is okay but don't expect immediate changes. Try some crunches. How about jump rope, it works. Use a combination. Swimming and riding a bicycle works really well too.

swiming is great for your back lungs and its fun
