I've tried chest exercises before such as push up's etc and while my inner chest seems to get some definition my outer chest never does...

How can I define my outer chest?

Flys are the best way to develop outer chest. Since you have no dumbells to do that, the next best thing would be barbell presses with wider than normal grip. If you have an inclined bench it is even better.

By outer chest, I think you're meaning your serratus anterior muscles (located around your outer chest). Try doing pullovers, lying on your back on a bench, barbell in hand, arms slightly bent, reach the barbell back over head, down past the end of the bench towards the floor and then pull it back over top of the chest.

with the aid of doing prodigious quantities of extensive-armed push-united statesyou can strengthen your pectorals dramatically. many human beings ignore the fee of physique-weight preparation. chief between a lot of those workouts is the tried and actual push-up. All you need to do is build your self up with the aid of beginning small. attempt to do twenty or so extensive-armed push-ups (that's the place your palms are farther open than they could be in case you have been doing a common push-up...it rather in basic terms quantities to a minimum of one or 2 hand spans farther out on the two components) at a time...3 or 4 instances an afternoon...or in simple terms once you're sitting around feeling bored. What you're attempting to do is develop your pectoral stamina so as which you will slowly yet truthfully develop the form of push-united statesyou can do at one time. once you're feeling rather squirrely try installation 3 chairs and utilising them for push-ups. you will set them up form of in a triangle with 2 chairs dealing with one yet another the way you may push them in below the table...minus the table of direction. The third chair factors in direction of the different 2 some distance sufficient back so as which you will kick your ft up on it. So now you will get "down" into the frenzy-up place yet your ft would be on the back chair and your palms would be resting on the two different chairs. make confident there is sufficient of a niche so as which you will pass down added than the chairs. This removes the convenience you theory you have have been given had with the aid of bouncing your chest off of floor before...i'm observing! Now, get to pushin'!
