can they be mixed in with stuff to cook and make a fluffy Banana pudding or something, my freezer is full of frozen over ripe blackened Bananas. I want to use them up somehow.

Blenders add a lot of air to liquids. Frozen bananas work really well for baking. I put mine in ziploc bags in the freezer for banana breads or muffins. When I start the mix I will take them out. You don't want to thaw them, just make sure they are soft enough to mush up. Then dump them in the mix and they are good to go.

the foam is just air trapped inside the thick viscosity of the pureed bananas.... i have found the handheld blenders (aka boat motor!) to do a better job in limiting the foam and they are very handy
