In classical physics of the time of Isaac Newton, many considered matter and energy to be separate things. Scientists have and still do apply the general term matter to anything that occupies space, responds to gravitation, and shows inertia. Energy was and still is the ability of matter to perform work as the result of motion or position. Modern physicists however, have shown that it is possible to transform matter into energy and energy into matter. Therefore, everything around us and within us in one form or another is energy.

energy to me is the aura the purest form of ourselves ,we describe someone as having good energy [kind hearted ,smiling giving [we can feel it as the physical body actually emenates energy all the time .same as when we feel negative energy it feels dark and depressing and that also can come from others who are negative .[mean spirited,angry,troubled].
energy is in everything from animals and plant life forms to all humans it surrounds us and we can feel it continually .
what we give energy too either helps it or kills it so we must always strive to bring positive energy to any given situation and as such this will help everything around you ,spiritually energy can be created within and pushed outward .

energy is what we are ... a lovely big potential energy just waiting to be used
spiritually for me energy is everything .. i speak with spirit who send their energy that i may work with them
i do psychic readings and read the energy of that person .. their aura which holds all the information about them
i work with my own energy , building it that i may blend with others to create a more harmonious place and that they may share in my positivity and love
i use energy in healing , i work with a universal energy that can be harnessed and directed to help heal others

Energy in the principal of Spirit, a motivation. to culture faith, and use it. this is known in Greek as Dunamis ,this is the word we get Dynomite from, known in the Bible as Miraculos Power.Romans 13:1 says" there is no power but of God." Power being Dunamis
So God is the sourse of all energy.
