Why are women such bad drivers?

It seems like every time I have a close call, its a female behind the wheel of the other car and its always their fault.

and statistically speaking, there are more men drivers out on the road than women.

My question is why do you think you are such a superior driver? I've seen just as many stupid mistakes made by male drivers. Stupidity behind the wheel knows no gender. You're "superior" mentality shows just because you were "intelligent" enough to ask this question in the first place. You knew women would jump all over this question didn't you? This make you feel better. I'm figuring you're just compensating.

Not all women are bad drivers.

Perhaps the close calls you keep having are actually due to your inattentive driving. While it is possible that everyone else is not paying attention, you could very likely not be driving as defensively as you should be.

I've been driving for 12 years, and have had very few 'close calls' not enough to ever make any kind of 'every time' blanket statement that's for sure.

Have you ever heard the Eric Clapton song, "Before you accuse me"? Give it a whirl.. the only person you can change is you, so check yourself and make sure you're being the best you you can be, leave the others to God for judgement.

I've had a similar feeling about this.. I'm not against women or a chauvinist, but every time i've had a close call in my car it was a woman behind the wheel.. my car has been struck at least once or twice in the parking lot by some lady backing up to get to a parking spot w/o bothering to look behind. it just seems they're a little careless in places where a guy would not be.

Actually my Mom and Dad get cut off by alot more men. Hardly any women I notice mess up behind the wheel even while on thier cellphones.

You're just jealous because we pay less for our insurance. Hmm.. I wonder why women pay less... could it be..... Ah, here it is.... it says.... no, this can't be true.... it says here that statistically speaking, men cause the most accidents, are more reckless, and tend to be more agressive than women. How shocking.

I feel the same way - and im female. Im actually a good driver and every guy has told me that im a good driver. I hate other female drivers, too! gah.
