I would watch her tonight, keep her comfy but don't handle her too much - she's probably very uncomfortable. if she seems to get worse, you may want to take her to the nearest animal emergency hospital. They can at least give her fluids and keep her comfortable until you can get with her regular vet.
Call the vet first thing in the morning and check on the test results.
Now, think back to the last 24 hours or so...might she have gotten into any poisonous substances, insecticides, etc? They can have devastatingly quick effects on dogs. Or if she could've gotten hold of any human medication? If either of these rings a bell, see if you can find the substance, then call animal poison control or the local animal ER and tell them what you suspect. They can then tell you what to do, or have you bring her in immediately for treatment.
Your baby and you are in my heart, I hope she's well soon

Depends on how old she is, if shes old, and if you can tell shes suffering, honey, u gotta take her out. (by vet of course) But if she's young, It might be a virus, either way, she's sick and you need to take her to the vet ASAP. Got it? Good.

She may be infested with fleas. Check her to make sure this is not the case. We had a puppy once that was what you described and also his tongue was white. He had to have a blood transfusion.

We can all give you our advice, but you need to take her to your vet and let him/her take a look....That is your best bet and should have been your first plan of action..
