Can anyone help me with this, since it is a simple passive circuit either R-R or R-C attenuator 315MHz RF signal.Thanks a lot

Are you wanting to attenuate ONLY the 315 Mhz signal or all signals but your are using the attenuator up 315 Mhz?... there is a big difference in design between the 2.

Did you know that Doc Brown came up with the design for the flux capacitor when he bumped his head while hanging something in the bathroom? That may be your best option.
