I don't know...perhaps to prove they have on semi-underwear...thongs are a waste of fabric and an annoyance in the butt crack in my opinion...
...commando makes more sense than undies that are there for more of a fashion statement than practicality anyway...and few chicks actually look good in them...

Its not that we let it but its that low rise pants are in style right now which mean they sit very low on the waist. Sometimes its impossible not to let it show unless you dont wear any.

I don't know to tell the truth. My kids bring it to my attention when we are out at the store. I just tell them that, those ladies enjoy there underwear up there booty! Good question....
