I'm about 3 weeks pregnant...just found out but am so scared! I am 25 years old and happily married no major health issues. We had been trying for this baby for over 1 1/2 years (I was on the pill for 5 years) so naturally I was overjoyed when the test was positive. 4 days ago I started spotting..over the past couple days it has gradually increased I am so worried because i want this baby so bad ...my dr said it is too early to tell what the spotting is an indication of. Has this happened to anyone and still gone on to have a healthy baby?

I spotted for 6 months and I had a great baby I just kept in tough
with my OB. I took short walks and kept my faith ...
Just like you I was on the pill for several years
When you have a vag. it is easy to have spotting...Don't worry to much for now it just causes stress on the body and you don't need that..
Good luck I know where you are coming from, best of all my child was born 25 years ago and medicine has come a long way from then so if a problem exist it may not be as bad as you think

I had severe bleeding at 12 weeks, severe meaning it was running down my legs. The doctors didn't know what the cause was, I asked a mid-wife she said it may have been the placenta starting to separate from the uterine wall. Whatever the cause, it seemed to fix itself after a few weeks of bed rest, 36 weeks later my health son was born.
Worrying won't help (though believe me I know it's hard not to), just try to take things easy, take extra care of your body, put your feet up as often as you can, the human body is a wonderfully made thing, listen to your doctor, everything may turn out just fine.
Congratulations, and I wish you well.

your over joy can also be a factor. just relax and trust your doctor. everything is meant to be. if your having a miscarriage it would be a strong blood flow and a discoloration of the blood. stress is a mojr factor so RELAX and congrats =) eat healthy and excercise moderalty

Pregnancy is full of a lot of unknowns. Trust your doctor. Worrying is ironically the worst thing you can do. We will pray for you and your baby.
