Your best source of information is probably Wikipedia. They're current and they try to maintain an objective outlook.

I am in the Marines, and all the people who say nothing is getting accomplished in Iraq has no clue whats going on. The news dont forget only usually reports on negative stories of soldiers, and Marines getting killed, with the rare exception of fox news. There has been schools built, armies of Iraqi people trained to fight the terrorists, and not to mention the violence in Fallujah, and Ramadi is almost non exsistant. This is not a war against an army like Japan's, or Germany's. This is a war against criminals, and madmen. This war will take a lot longer than the others because of this, but with the support of this country and its people, we can win this war.

USA/UK went to war on incorrect information, there were no weapons of mass destruction. Now the chances of peace there are nil, because the different communities within Iraq have never been able to live peacefully together. The country needed a strong regime to keep order.

I agree, I try to stay out of arguments I don't have first hand knowlege on. Most people just parrot information that has been fed to them without having any idea of the details. Sheep.

The war in Iraq is a war for Israel any war in the Middle east is for Israel The israeli lobby think by making wars in the Middle East Israel will have peace.

Marines and army are doing stupid **** and then being generalized for it. Bush lied oh wow that was new right? People continue to die everyday mainly civilians and thatsa it pretty much.
