So, in your eyes, what should happen if someone tries to injure one of our border patrol agents, or private citizens along the border? When does the welfare of 'la raza' outweigh the safety of our appointed officers and citizens? Does it? What happens if, god forbid, there's shooting?

The border should be controlled before we reach the point at which it will have to be militarized.
It is not a matter of race. It is solely a matter of national security, which is one of the basic functions of any government.

Si, law enforcement! Regrettably, our own precedent law backfired in the incident with the border patrol; I doubt if they took into account who the individuals were, nor if it's allowed within due process of the law. God help us if there is a shooting; you have to wonder where the drug lords stand on this border scenario; look at what's happening in Laredo, Texas. If it was left to the rules of the Mafioso, would we really be the American nation we are; isn't lawlessness what is being debated here regarding illegal immigrations. How can we pick and choose?

Three pronged solution.

Decriminalize drugs. The mere fact that there are high profits in selling drugs is giving money to the wrong people. Can you imagine how different things would be if people who smoked pot grew 6-10 plants per year. Not only would all that money NOT go to the drug lords in Mexico but it most likely stays in the US to be spent on leisure since most of the money is already being spent on leisure i.e. getting high. And all of the wasted money that is formerly known as the DEA can be diverted to Border Control. Does anyone actually think the DEA is helping anything?

So now not only do we destabilize the power structure of the Mexican drug lords but we have a bigger and stronger force at the border by adding the DEA personnel.

Secondly. Build a freakin' wall. It's a lot harder to climb a ten foot wall than it is to walk in a straight line.

Thirdly. Enforce existing laws.

Yes! Border law enforcement.

If anyone tries to injure one of our border patrol agents, they should be stopped with deadly force. This isn't a game and they should be able to use as much force as necessary to stop this nonsense.

They should be SHOT: Illegals have NO RIGHTS here. Our Border Patrol Agents should have access to the Military's Lastest Fire Power. I've even heard of cases were Local Police forces along teh Border have been Out gunned by Mexican troops AKA Drug Smugglers. We should Arm those Defending our Borders with the Best. And they should have a SHOOT first check and see if they had a weapon later policy.

Si, Si, Si!

The reason that private citizens have to enforce the border is because there is a lack of proper border law enforcement.

unlawful immigrants have damaged the regulation as immediately as; how more than a number of them will spoil the regulation back? If the President aspects amnesty to illegals then particularly human beings making use of for visa and petitions legally might want to be granted needs to proceed to be contained in the U.S. the position does that go away us status? I extremely have a good opinion in this problem shop in ideas making use of reality i'm a U.S. citizen who married someone on a J1 visa that entered legally. making use of reality he had a 2 twelve months residing residing house rule restriction we weren't allowed to proceed to be at the same time contained in the U.S. even after ideal our case for 2 years. as well the straightforward incontrovertible reality that the authorities known that we've been legally married they although denied us. I had to go back to a call on between my kinfolk, occupation, and residing residing house or my husband. I chosen to be with him and left each and every component contained in the back of. If i'd favor to go away the united statesto be with my husband then it form of feels in basic words good that unlawful immigrants might want to no longer be allowed to stay.

I think they should be arrested or shot. The welfare of la raza shouldn't even come close to outweighing the well being and welfare of me and mine.

This is riduclous question.

if their is violence or a real threat no one is going to deny self defense.

come on now use common sense!

what is at issue is the abuse of power, on a moral and legal level.

there are exceptions, but the majority are the unarmed poor, that pose no threat.
come on now!
