I make my own breakfast and sometimes lunch. If I take my lunch it's usually a healthy sandwich and a protien bar. If I buy my lunch I usually go to a seafood restaurant close by. I'll spend about $5.99 plus a $3 tip. It's a great mexican seafood place. I aways eat away from the office...ALWAYS! I go to a park, take my dog for a walk (he comes to work with me), or I'll eat on a jobsite with the guys (we have a construction based company). I usually only drink water, but sometimes I'll have tea or even a diet coke when I want something extra.

Usually buy it - I work at a doctor's office right across the street from the biggest hospital in Chattanooga & the cafeteria is awesome!! I can get 3 veggies, cornbread & a sweet tea under $4... a bowl of homemade soup, grilled chesse & milk is about $2.75. Most Fridays, drug reps provide lunch for free - deli sandwiches, southern meat & three or mexican plus dessert. I would spend more at the grocery trying to fix the same type meal. I probably buy 1 or 2 sodas a week - my favorite is sweet tea & we have bottled water & coffee for free @ the office.

I bring my own lunch to work. I used to buy it but it gets too expensive. I calculate I spent $6 a day on fast food, times that by five days a week $30 and that by four weeks in a month = $120 monthly just eating out.

Instead I bring something simple, a soup, or a sandwich, or a salad, fruits and my own soft drink.

I buy a TV dinner, like a michilennas (or howver you spell it), Wal Mart has the BESt selection of them. Then I bring 1-2 pieces of fruit. I do not drink soda during the week, so bring like 2-3 bottles of water. I also bring a small baggie of cracker (wheat thins, Cheez-its), ans sometimes something sweet. I think it averages out to something like less than $2.00 a day.

Take my healthful lunch to college.The lunch in my college is usually disgusting,sometimes no longer properly achieved cooked,makes some vomit,and in no way comprehend the place that nutrition has been like as an occasion:might have fell on the floor and the prepare dinner probable picked it back up,arms weren't washed top,flying or crawling bugs went on it,etc.
