That amount of miles on any car lot old is pretty good. That's about only like 11,000 miles a year.

If the car is in great shape and has been well maintained, you should easily be able to go 200,000 miles or more. One issue on some Pontiac GrandAms is a problem with rear disk brakes. If the vehicle has rear disk brakes, you might expect some problems. I would check the coolant and other fluids for wear and age. If they run clean, you should not worry about the miles at the right price.

The mileage is important, but you would do well to consider other factors. The owner, the maintenance standards, and their driving habits ought to be considered. I have a '97 Pontiac Grand Am with 190,000 miles on it, and it is still going strong. I have had to overhaul nothing major, but I maintain it scrupulously. My driving habits, however, have included rough acceleration, and I certainly did not baby it.

It depends on what the asking price is. Check out Kelly's Blue Book or Edmunds for the value on a used car.
