Hoodia is supposed to supress your appetite, it worked for me; but that might just be a mind thing. However, Alia has ben amazing to me. Well worth the money. I've lost about 20 pounds in a month and a half using this. I have to diet too, but this pill keeps my body from absorbing all of the fat. There are some side effects if I eat a meal with too much fat, but again, thats how I know that its working. Good luck!

Medications affect different people in different ways. I think you should stop taking the diet pills. If that makes the headaches go away, then you've found the cause.

It's because many diet pills have high amounts of Caffine in them. That is what is giving you headaches.

stop taking them and drink lots of water for a few days to flush your system clean

You are probably suffering from the side effects of diet pills. Weight loss and diet pills are widely advertised as quick method to lose weight. These are food supplements and are not regulated by the FDA or any authority. Some of these may help you lose weight for a short time, but after a month or so, the body becomes immune to them.
