Sometimes you just can't hold it, gas has a way of exploding even when you least expect it. I don't think the owner should have asked you to leave in spite of the situation because some things are beyond our control.

Yeah it was, but hey if anyone says they have never been rude then their lying hehehehe, and no one thinks that their farts will stink, until they do, and everyone thinks they can get away with it. LoL And as for suing it is a bit extreme the guy from the restaurant just made a mistake, just like u did, and save your wife from more embarrassment and just make it a life long joke, that u got kicked out of a restaurant for farting. Don’t let dumb things make u feel stupid. We all do dumb stuff, not everyone gets caught thats all.

You disturbed other people, they have the right to ask you to leave, what you should have done is gone to the restroom, and then you can be as flatulant as you want to. When other people are bothered by someone's smell, the person who smells can and should be asked to leave. If you had to pay for food that wasn't eaten then you might have a case but other than that I think you are out of luck.

Others must have complained about the funk, sweetie. Why didn't you excuse yourself to the bathroom and do that? That was nasty and rude, and you don't have a leg to stand on as far as suing the owner. What you did was offensive and embarassing, and next time, take some Beano and excuse yourself if your booty feels fruity and you have to tooty.

In order for them to ask you to leave, others around you must have complained. Next time maybe excuse yourself to the bathroom. Gas, especially in a restaurant, can be extremely offensive to some people.

The polite thing to do would have been to excuse yourself and go to the bathroom to pass your gas.
HOWEVER, I think that it was wrong of the owner to come and ask you to leave. I believe this may be a violation of your rights. I suggest speaking to a lawyer about it.

Tell GWB that you are a weapon of A.ss Destruction.

Excellent prank if you want to eat and get thrown out without paying.
I usually put ketchup on my eyes and prentend that I have a fork stuck in it. After I am kicked out. I go back and ask for a job application.

The polite thing to do would have been going to the restroom to ease your agony there. People expect the restroom to stink.

As for suing, that is your decision, but I wouldn't go that route.
