Those problems are more than you can handle alone. Get your parents involved, or people really close, people that you trust. She needs more than just talking.
Just like what was mentioned above, an intervention sounds like a good idea, maybe even with a professional so that things can be monitored and stay on track.

Well if it were me i would some how hang out with her and get a way for her to get a really bad experience. she won't quit until she is ready to quit. maybe take her to a hospital where there are people who could talk to her about how bad their lives were after drugs, but that probably won't help. she's gonna figure it out.
there are some really good websites out there that show what happens after years of drug use. educate her on STD's. That's a hard one.
especially cause i've been your sister, and i had to figure it out on my own. the more people told me the more i pushed away. Just let her know no matter what you are ALWAYS there for her.
She is rebelling, probably something has happened in her life that she hasn't been able to cope with and this is her way to let loose. Try to spend as much time with her as possible, i know that this is hard, but as long as you are with her you know that she is safe and sober. Good luck to you, at least school starts soon, hopefully she will attend regularly, and stay out of trouble

Tell her that she's stunting her growth--true--and that it makes her look stupid--also true. Or you could try doing the research to find out exactly what this stuff does to your body--how smoking physically ages you, like smoking meat in a smoke house; how speed ages you faster so you look 50 by the time you're 25; how sex is fun, but sexually transmitted diseases are not, and some of them can kill you, painfully.

Do an intervention. Does your whole family know about her problems? If they do or you just do sit down with her and be totally honest. Don't be mean and start a screaming match. She will probably deny alot but don't give up, be patient with her and let her know that you are concerned because you love her. You want the best for her and what she is doing is setting herself up for a pretty miserable life. Good Luck to you, I hope it all works out.

sit down with her see if there is something going on. Look at who she hangs out with and if there is something going on with her life. You as a big sister can only do so much i know that is hard to here but sometimes the best help being a big sister is getting her help!

Don't tell her tell your parents or an adult. Even though it may get her into trouble she will later on in life thank you for saving her life. If this continues who knows that it could lead to she's on a path of destruction and it's on you to help her. As much as it may upset, bother or hurt her this is for her own good and your only doing something so that she can better herself.

Tell her you love her and are afraid for her. Tell her you want to get help together and you will be there whenever she needs you. Offer to sit with her to talk with your parents or an adult you both respect and trust. If she refuses help, talk to your parents - I know it seems like ratting, but your sister needs you even if she doesn't realize it yet.

You should take time more with her and find the best times to tell her and make her realize the importance of life and the disadvantages of her vices. Though its kinda hard and tedious but you need to exert more effort to help her.

i don't think you can tell her anything that's going to help.... point out some things tho ....like how she's going to end up with std ....drugs are basically going to ruin her life even tho she doesn't realize that... and also she's only 15... make her think a lil bit about future... good luck...

Get involved! Hang out with her and attempt to be her conscience and perhaps she'll make the right decions. Going to your parents right away could get ugly....
