Mark Twain was a terrific social commentator/satirist of his day. And what he said back then is relevant even to the present day.
I have no problem with any religious commentary or satire that he made. Whatever he said, on any subject, was pretty-much spot-on (as the Brits are fond of saying).
Lots of people want to see his writings banned, the main one being "Huckleberry Finn"? That one is often banned because it uses "the N word." But, given that it's used in a historical context, and given that it reflects the language of that day, I have no problem with it.

This looks very interesting. Thanks for posting the link. I'm going to have to read this when I have time.
I was reading Mark Twain's "The Damned Human Race". However, I found it so dry that I had to put it away for awhile. I think if I really want to finish it, it will have to be done in increments.

Some say the world will end in fire
Some say the world will end in ice
From what I've tasted of desire
I hold with those who favor fire
But if the world should have to perrish twice
Ice, is also great, and would suffice

he wrote alot of things like that, such as the story where the kids meet an angel and the angel is lucifer and he builds a tiny town from clay and kills all the people. i think it was called the stranger or something like that.

Twain rocks.
Just part of his skepticism of religion. We need more writers like him.
