yea it does differ from person to person but i assume it generally lasts until your body calms down and goes back to a relaxed state.

They are secreted when you are exercising at a steady pace for awhile, when you get used to exercising, and are in condition, this happens, and it's a feeling of well being, it feels like you could do the cardio forever, it's great, quite a nice little bonus. It usually lasts for about 5 minutes, and you feel refreshed after your work out.

It varies alot from person to person, but if ur interested moderate execize has been proven to help stop mild depression getting worse, and help treat it in some cases
