HELP ME I have a few questions on dyeing your hair.?

Ok. I want to dye my hair i want some advice and i have a few questions

Whats the best kind of hair dye(like manic panic)?
How to get your parents to say yes to it?
When shuold you do it(like at night?)?
Any advice?
Good colors that you think would look good on me(i have blue eyes, and verry tall, And i am a boy)?

Well lets start with the parents first. They are going to see this new image of you as a start to bad behaviour. Yes I know that is a stereotype, but it is going to happen. Assure them that it is just self expression, that you like the way it looks, that you are doing it for YOU not a girlfriend or because everyone else is doing it.
Be patient with them, all they are thinking about is "My god does this mean he is on drugs!?!" or "How are we going to take him to any family functions...imagine what granny is going to say!?!?"
Believe me granny will love it, she understands kids....its a grandma thing.

If you got them past the shock of it all yes Manic Panic is great stuff made by some great, very helpful people.
First put plastic on your bed around the head area. Find several old towels, wrap your pillow in one and save the other one for later...
It was recommended that I bleach my hair out to blonde according to the kit you use. (it was dark reddish blonde before) Let your hair dry completely and apply the Manic Panic so that it is on pretty thick, not dripping but you want a good coat on it. Use your second old towel to wrap your head up. You don't want to get that dye everywhere, it doesn't come out! See if your mom has some plastic hair clips you can use to keep the towel in place.
Keep the dye on your hair for that afternoon, evening and bed. By keeping it in all night it gives the color more time to soak in. When you get up in the morning take a shower and rinse (don't use soap!) all the dye out as you take a shower. Make sure you get all the dye off the shower curtains and shower walls......you just convinced your parents to let you do this, don't piss them off.
Taadaaa! Now you have colored hair....just watch it when you get it wet...like going to the pool, or in the rain. It does bleed the color out for a day or two and anything it gets on is going to be dyed as well. Try to keep the water you use to clean your hair cool and don't wash it a lot, hot water and lots of washing make the color fade fast.
As far as color goes......jet black with a streak of blue to highlight your eyes. If that is too dark and gloomy for you do the blue on top, black at the base of the neck.
Yes I know this answer is getting insanely long....but if you do the black you will still have to bleach your hair out. Bleaching damages your hair and makes it more porous making the new color absorb better.

Ask your parents nicely and if you can convince them that if they don't like it you will dye it back closest to your natural shade. Then go to a professional. They will advice you on the best color for your skin tone and eye color.

I would highly recommend that you not go against your parents wishes or behind their backs. I would also not do it yourself.

1. I would get it done professional because that's less damaging. but if not get Natural instincts.
2.Ask once maybe more then wait a little while then ask again they'll come through.
3.It doesn't matter. I do mine at night or in the day.

not really a suggestion but a little tip. if you bleach it first and then do any color blue .. when it fades.. it will go green. and the same for red and it fading to pink.. just a warning. good luck (and black is hot with blue eyes)

Please be careful when dying your hair...Last time i got mine dyed, i got second degree chemical burns from the bleach. I am stlil suffering.

Blue eyes go with black hair..natural black..or dark hair..

Tell your parents..Hair grows out..It is dead already.
