If you tell a psych God talks to you on a daily basis, he will think you're crazy or deranged and off to the funny farm you go and you don't even like farming. Not all psychs think this way, but, there are many that do. Just pray you don't get one of them (don't say you got an answer to that)! Does watching Looney Tunes make you looney?

Well, I always thought (if there is a God) he would send us some sort of sign as to what we should do, or just have the instinct installed in us before sending us off rather than outright talking to us.
As for Looney Tunes (Toons?) , I can't say that it has helped me very much...shh, he's speaking to me again..."Are you there God? It's me, Cadence_lost..." lol. ;)

Of course not! Looney Tunes does nothing of the sort. I bet Eintein would've watched Looney Tunes
It's true though, look at all the many people who claimed to have heard God. You see it through the Bible even. Look at Noah. Boy, did everyone else think he was a crack pot. What about Joan D'Arc? She was burnt at stake for it. I mean, yea God does speak in a still small voice--except for the burning bush. I dunno, psychs, they tend to be people who have problems themselves. I do believe that God speaks to us through many different things. Through people, through his word, through his spirit. Who's to tell me I'm insane for believing so?
Anyway, if you go off to the funny farm, I'll help you with the farming

Well if you're running around saying that you hear God's voice everyday I'd wonder too. God rarely comes in this big booming voice everyday saying "do this!" He tends to speak in softer, more gentle ways, when we actually take the time to shut up and listen.

I don't see a question here. However, I will say that God speaks to us through His Word. So, if you are hearing voices....seek professional help.
