The Canon has the edge and is a bit cheaper as well.

Never had a Canon, but my Sony PSC-12 has been brilliant - had it 3 years - not a moments trouble, betteries out of this world, stunning results.

My father in law once read a which report, it said for anything electrical you cannot go wrong with Sony. May not always be the best, but will always be up there.

the sony h5 cos sonys r th best cameras, it totally depends what u r lookin 4, but that is ma reccomendation

Neither - get the Sony Cybershot - 7 million pixels one. Can't remember the code on it. But the pics are superb.
