The peeling is just dead skin. The tatoo artist should have told you that this was going to happen. I have a few tatoos so I know. Make sure you clean and moisturize as he/she suggested. Please stop picking with it. The skin will eventually fall off. If you are not sure how to treat it, call or go back to the tatoo parlor

you don't peel the scab!!! you just allow it to heal!!! who the hell did your tattoo that he/she did not warn you to KEEP froom picking/ scratching at your tattoo. You pretty much ruined it. Now you'll have to go in for a touch up and pay more money so that they can fix what you f - ed up. that's IF it has not been totally ruined already. dork

well if it is bleeding, there is a possibilty the color may fade in that area. if you picked the skin off and there was no blood... it'll be fine.

use baby lotion to keep it moisturized and stay out of the sun. when it is healed, you can get that area touched up; always apply sunscreen when you do go out on a sunny day.

if it gets really itchy, keep moisturizing it and smack it!!! lol

you probably didnt ruin it, but the best thing to do is put Hemp based moisterizer (tattoo goo is a good brand, or try the Body shop) if you are allergic to hemp try something like E45 cream, slap a load on and if it itches, put more on!

didn't your tattoo artist tell you not to pick at it?! you may have to get it touched up once it's fully healed. i know it's hard not to peel the pieces off, but you must resist!! you may still see color where you picked at it, but to be safe, just go back to your artist once it's healed and see if a touch up is needed.

ummm...most probably! my friend did this and he had to go back, luckily when he had his done the guy said "if you come back when its all healed and any bits need filling in, I'll do it free of charge, but when I had mine done I left it well alone and kept it topped up with 'anusol' a hemmarhoid cream (sounds disgusting but as most tattooist will tell you its the best stuff)

probably not... just try to keep it moisturized so that it does not bother you so much. You might even try going by a tattoo shop and asking if they have any stuff you can put on it.

Put lot's of vitamin E oil on it and leave it the hell alone......you may end up with a little spot that is scarred and has no color.
