Shepards pie (a.k.a poor mans dinner)....brown some beef, line the bottom of an over proof pan, top with Alphabet vegtable coup, a small can of corn, top with mashed potatoes, put it in the oven for 40 to 50 minutes or until the juice starts to come up the sides of the mashed potatoes....eat with some potato bread..my personal favorite
Tuna noodle casserole...boil some egg noodles, mix with a large can of mushroom soup (mix with 1/2 a can of milk equal to the size of the soup), add a can of peas and a couple cans of tuna...pop it in the oven for 45 minutes or so...serve with some italian bread....[personal favorite number two
Both dishes can be microwaved the next day for lunch...but add a couple drops of water to either to keep moistness

Super Quick Dinner Rolls INGREDIENTS 1 cup self-rising flour 1/2 cup milk 2 tablespoons mayonnaise DIRECTIONS Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). If you are not using a nonstick muffin pan, grease 5 cups of a regular muffin pan. In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, milk, and mayonnaise. Spoon into the 5 prepared muffin cups. Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven, or until nicely puffed and browned. I like this recipe. It's pretty fast and easy to make

Any type of chili recipe either vegetarian or with lean ground turkey. All you really need is a big can of diced tomatoes, some cans of beans, seasonings (or a chili seasonings packet) and lots of spice. You just mix it all up - simmer it for a half hour and it is surprisingly tasty and good.
No this isn't as good as chili that stews on the stove all day....but it is pretty quick homemade, comfort food!!!

I like a good pasta salad.
Get tricolor rotini pasta and cook.
Add whatever you like.
I add turkey or chicken, cooked
baby corn
shredded onion or chives
garlic
diced tomatoes
boiled egg
hearts of palm
sliced black olives
fresh chopped basil or other herbs
anything fresh is good
bamboo shoots sometimes
Whatever you add, drizzle the whole thing with a little olive oil and garlic red wine vinegar. Dump a bunch of parmesan cheese in and mix it all up. Very good and fast.
Second choice is mac and cheese mixed with hamburger meat and a can of drained rotel.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aNBiD
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

Concoctions using tomato soup as the base. The combinations are endless.
My favorite is:
One can tomato soup.
One can milk.
One can green beans water and all
One can whole corn water and all
Use up two day old bread.
Put out assortment of crakers, saltines, and croutons.

Pasta is quick and tasty and you can get good packet ones now and add fish or meat to them if you want and your own seasoning.
