does WRAHA exits as an organisation the USA?

does the World Refugees Assemblies of Humanitarian Agencies exists as an organisation on itself or it is just a union of humanitarian agencies. if it exists please send me the list of its staff

The WRAHA is a scam. They are just trying to get money from Africans who try to get to the US.
