Just looking for ways to have sex on top without getting wore out in like 5 minutes. Any position advice how can I do it normal and how to position backwards? I have done it before just not for very long, my man loves it but I dont do it as much as he likes cuz my legs get all worn out. This is a serious question, I tried looking online but I guess everyone else is a pro at this, please serious advice only and positioning ideas. I really want to surprise him with this, it has been like 6 months since I did this...

1. sit on him legs out and lean back, holding your self up with your arms and move back and forth .. kinda like you're doing the splits with him inside of you ... have him bend his legs a little and you do the same ... you'll feel his sac rubbing up against your goods really well with this position ... !

2. sit on him knees bent legs under his kinda like your hugging but laying down with your legs wrapped around him ... you feel a lot more stimulation on yourself this way ... this is what I call a good humping ... simple as that ... !

3. sit on him with you knees bent and arms above his head ( if possible holding on to a headboard or something ) while he sits up a little with a few pillows behind him, have him bend his knees up and help you move your @ss up and down ... he'll get a nice rough beating with this one and he can help control too ... make sure he slaps your @ss every now and then for a little tingle here and there ... haha ... !

4. Remember ... you're on top ... do what feels good to you ... try different angles, try leaning your body to one side or the other side of him ... so he has a nice glance of your @ss and you get a different feeling from the inside as well ... !

I know you said Ladies Only, but I really didn't think you were getting much help from the other answers...

That "woman-on-top" position is similar to an exercise (obviously done without a man underneath you) called a squat. If you try this and other exercises to increase the strength and endurance of your glutes/thighs/hamstrings/etc., you should be able to be on top just fine.

Being on top is alot of work. I usually just don't do that position because my legs start to hurt and then it takes my attention away from how good it feels. But sometimes I do it just to make my man happy. I know they probably like the girl doing all the work for a change. All I can say is just do it even if it hurts your legs. You man wont know any different if your enjoying it or if your in agony because he will be having a great time and if you have to then just pretend its great.

Hmmm. Have you tried holding on to the head board? I cannot understand how you get tired so fast. Not to sound mean, but it sounds like you are out of shape. Just because you may be thin(no clue what your size), it doesn't mean you are in shape. As for the backwards, just get on top and face away from him, I think it is just going to take some practice if you will, to build up your endurance.

My legs get all worn out too, so you're not the only one. And i don't do tops because i told my man that it doesn't feel good to me, so he's always on top. If i ever find that one good feeling on top, i'll let ya know, but for now, i don't like it.

I would say get on top but instead of having your knee's in the mattress, keep your legs bent like your sitting in a chair. That might not ware you out so quickly.

ok slide on top while your man is underneath you you can do it several different ways....you can lay on top of him instead of getting in a sit position and then you can up and down like that. or you can straddle him in a sitting position and then use your arms to to hold you up and move your buttocks up and down (like a squat position) or you can have him in a sitting position ina chair, couch, or bed and you can take advantage of this easier by sitting in his lap and then it will not be a strenuous. You know that you can surprise him in many different ways other than being on top. You could "rock his world" by blind folding him and doing sensuous things to him. or have him meet you in a public restaurant and release your feminine nature on him there. Be creative.......and good luck!!!

i completely understand what i find works well is that if he is sitting in a chair and your on top a chair that has the middle support at the bottom the two supports that run vertical in between the front and back part of the chair that why you can get the lift you need and you can use the back of the chair as support so you don't get tired quickly..hope that helps happy humping
